Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed after your order has entered the shipping phase. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Refunds for cancelled orders typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times. We recommend monitoring your payment method's transaction history to confirm the refund.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may experience processing delays. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom products, and items marked as final sale. Please review your product description carefully before making a purchase.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is the result of our mistake.

For items purchased during promotional periods or with discount codes, the refund amount will reflect the actual price paid after discounts.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again. Some financial institutions may require additional time to process the transaction.
